RentSmart Verified
In order to use the RentSmart Asia Service, you need to create an account, either to be an owner or renter. By creating an account, you agree to get verified by submitting your personal details to us.
1. Account Verification
Sign up to RentSmart with your personal email address or you can connect with your Google, Facebook, or Yahoo accounts. After confirming the email address, you can now log in to to RentSmart and use the platform
2. Identity Verification
Renters need to get verified for their first booking. You can use your NRIC or passport if you’re a foreigner. For Owners, they need to submit their NRIC for personal registration or SSM Certificate for Company registration

We firstly will verify users through account verification, which is basically during the sign up process to the site
Identity Verification
For Owners
Upon registering, Owners will have to complete a form shown below to register their store, either it’s a personal-type or company-type store. For personal use, we verify by using NRIC submitted by the owner whereas for company, we would ask them to upload a copy of SSM Certificate
For Renters
Renters will be verified for their first booking only. We will not ask for a verification for their next booking if they’re already verified. You can use NRIC or passport if you’re a foreigner for the verification. We specially partnered up with Persona to set this particular verification process.
