As of now, RentSmart Delivery service is available at a fixed fee of RM70 that will include 2-way delivery.

Renters can pick their choice of delivery at the ‘CART’ page before paying for the booking. You will see the options available made for the products.

When Owners enable RentSmart Delivery option for their items as shown in the picture, they need to enter the products’ dimensions and select the preferable shipping options, whether they will deliver the item or customer will pick up instead.
When Owners enable RentSmart Delivery option for their items as shown in the picture, they need to enter the products’ dimensions and select the preferable shipping options, whether they will deliver the item or customer will pick up instead.
When RentSmart Delivery is disabled, Owners can’t choose the shipping methods. Thus, the system will be prompted to choose self pick and return by customer option by default.
At the checkout page, Renters will not see the many options of shipping options since RentSmart Delivery is disabled and they will need to collect the item from the renter and return it by themselves.
